We Will Refund/Return Your Order If:
- The product wasn't delivered within the promised time
- The product isn't in good condition
- The product isn't what we promised
- You don't like it (within 14 days of delivery)
- The product never arrived
We Won't Refund/Return If:
- The product has minor printing errors (1-2 bills)
- The delivery was late due to your provided address being incorrect
- The delivery was late due to customs delays (for international orders)
- The product was damaged after delivery due to improper handling
How to Request a Refund/Return
- Email us at support@europoly.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of any issues
- For returns, we'll provide a shipping address (you cover return shipping unless it's our mistake)
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we confirm the issue
